Transfab Pty Ltd’s Owner and Managing Director, Leonard MUNN, started his family Coach and Body Building Business with the aim of satisfying his client’s need for attention to detail and quality finish of all Coach and Motorhome work that is undertaken by the Company.
The company motto of Attention to detail and quality finish has not only become a hallmark of the Company but has seen the company expand four fold since it’s inception in 2006.
No job is to small or too large for the small dedicated workforce at Transfab, from a full bus or coach refurbishment or conversion to a motorhome. The team of competent trained staff ensures the client’s need for attention to detail and quality work is first and foremost.
Leonard has set up a fully equipped workshop at Centenary Place Logan Village Queensland with easy access to the Pacific Highway, Mount Lindesay Highway and the Ipswich/Gold Coast Motorway. With 25 years experience as a Motor Coach Body Builder and becoming a leading hand / supervisor from the day he completed his apprenticeship, Leonard has the knowledge, expertise and experience to continue the expansion of his family Company.
As well as the Motorhome, Bus and Coach components of the Transfab range of work, the Company’s expertise also includes the design and manufacture of speciality catering vans, specialised trailers for carrying stock, recreational off road vehicles and go carts, along with retrofitting wheel chair access units to Motorhomes, Buses and Coaches.
Sherrol, Leonards sister, has set up the upholstering department under his direction and handles all seat recovers, panel relining, and the making and fitting of curtains, all to client’s specifications. She manages seat refurbishment and retrofit.
